From the quaint Spring into Madison Festival celebrating local arts, antiques, and cuisine to one of the new favorites, Reidsville’s FAB festival featuring food, art, and brews, there’s never a dull moment. Don’t miss the rhythmic beats and unique finds of Eden’s RiverFest, a celebration of Eden’s art, history, and river heritage, or the charming Stoneville Fall Festival, offering family-friendly fun and delightful vendors.

RiverFest

RiverFest celebrates Eden’s art, history, and river heritage. This annual event takes place in the Historic Leaksville area of Eden – our oldest downtown area that dates back to 1797.

This year, RiverFest is scheduled for September 20-21, 2024. For more information, follow the official event website.

Oink and Ale

Mark your calendars! Eden’s tastiest festival, Oink & Ale, returns Saturday, June 15th with barbecue, brews, and BIG TIME music! This year, groove to the iconic sounds of Landslide, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band, belting out your favorite classics! Indulge in mouthwatering BBQ, sip local craft beers, and revel in the festive atmosphere. More information.

Did you know the “shag” has many variations, one of which is called the Carolina Shag and is thought to have originated on the east coast of North and South Carolina? Come out to celebrate this fun tradition and learn to do the shag from local shag clubs while watching masters of the art form.

Join us Saturday, July 22 with area Shag Clubs to dance the night away with your favorite beach music! Great food will be available from area vendors and a beer garden for all to enjoy, over 21 that is. Bring your lawn chair bring your family and friends for a great time just please don’t bring your own coolers.

The event is presented by Eden Tourism Development and the Draper Merchants Association. On Fieldcrest Road Road in the Draper area of beautiful Eden on Saturday from 2 PM until 10 PM. More information.

Join us for our annual Food, Art and Brew Festival featuring The Band of Oz! The fun starts at 11am with the band going on strong from 5-7pm. Bring your family and friends and enjoy the show. Free festival!

spring into madison

Celebrate the arrival of spring in downtown Madison with a variety of activities, entertainment, and vendors. This event is sponsored by the Downtown Madison Merchants Guild and more details will be shared as they become available.

Historic Downtown Madison hosts its annual Fall Festival in October. Local artisans, crafters, and vintage/antique collectors will be set up along Market and Murphy Street. Something for everyone… Local dance groups, a hot dog eating contest, food trucks, desserts, kids activities, live music, and more!

stoneville fall festival

Fall fun for all. The Stoneville Fall Festival has been a cherished Stoneville tradition for more than 30 years. The Stoneville Rotary Club organizes an event each year that brings performers, craftsmen, merchants, friends and family from all over. The festival is held on the last Saturday of September. The festival runs 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and includes live music, food, games, unique gifts and fun for all ages.

The powwow increases awareness about Native American culture, drum music, various styles of dance and community engagement with a focus on Native American youth spearheading the event. It is free to the public. Gates open at 10 am with the Grand Entry beginning at 12 Noon. There will be numerous awesome vendors on site as well as food vendors. You don’t want to miss this!!

piedmont pottery festival

The City of Eden hosts the Annual Piedmont Pottery festival each year during the month of June. This event is long-standing and has always featured the honest in handcrafted pottery from across North Carolina and Southern Virginia. Visit the event website.
