Harvest Moon Hike
Join us at Mayo River State Park for a Harvest Moon Hike!
The Harvest Moon is the full moon of the Fall Equinox and named after the peak harvesting season for farmers, as the brightness would extend the harvesting days. We encourage you to come join us in celebration of the beginning of the fall season as we hike along the Fox Trail, an easy-moderate 2 mile hike, through the peaceful foliage of the Mayo Mountain area.
Please bring water, hiking shoes, and flashlights.
