A Family Tradition
Tammy Evans opened A Family Tradition in downtown Stoneville in 2013. However the antique business has been in her blood for well over 30 years. Her grandfather had a shop and she helped him growing up and then ran another antique shop for her father, Rex Tuggle. Tammy has also sold at other venues and malls over the years. Eventually Tammy wanted to open a store of her own and A Family Tradition was born. She wanted to create a local business that people could come to without having to go to the bigger box stores. Tammy takes pride in giving the personal touch without any pressure. She and sometimes her dog Willow welcomes you as you come in to the store and she allows you to look around at your own pace. Tammy is always adding new items to her shop and travels to Pennsylvania once a year to bring the store items that are not available locally. The store carries antiques, early primitives, gifts, collectibles, home decor, pottery, glassware, cast iron and a variety of other items. Stop by to see what A Family Tradition has to offer.
