Warm and inviting, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, great attention to detail in the decor down to the hand made quilts on our beds, it exceeded all our expectations. Dan was very good with communication and very helpful with recommendations for the state parks and local restaurants. The comfortable furniture in the common areas and the awesome front porch with the rocking chairs were a personal favorite for me. Sally hand sews the beautiful quilts and you can see the love and attention she gives to each unique bedroom. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Joan CDan and Sallee were very gracious hosts for our quick one night visit. Our queen bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The entire property was meticulously, clean and neat. We appreciated having time to chat with them on the porch and over breakfast. The inn is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Ruggero MorselliLovely B&B and lovely owners. Cute historic home with vintage-decorated rooms. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety. We were lucky we had a slow day and so we could stay for a long chat with the owners during the breakfast, an adorable semi-retired couple with a very interesting life experience. The breakfast and the conversation were the highlight. The house common areas are very pretty and cozy, especially the parlor and the patio. I will definitely return, when I'm in the area visiting family. For LGBT travelers: we went as a gay couple and we felt 100% welcome.

Lynda PohnlWe stayed the first weekend of 2025. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens were nice and soft. Beautiful historic house and wonderful host and hostess. Dan made an awesome breakfast each morning and we enjoyed our conversations during breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B. We will be back!

Johnny Wayne BrimFriday, May-03-2024::: My family, (my wife- Jinna, & our 7 year old son- Jaxson, & myself), happened to stop by Hunter House Bed & Breakfast, & had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Sally, the owner, operator, & just nice, sweet, down to earth woman, who is very smart, knowledgeable, polite, respecful, kind, caring, hardworking, intelligent, & just absolutely, wonderfuly, amazing, woman to talk to. She actually listened, & responded in a great business/professional manner, & knows what she is talking about. We plan to do business with her in the near future, we're thinking for Jaxson's birthday, which is July-02, & he'll be 8 years old. And she'll have her 8 foot pool open..
