Grammie WFMy grandson has a gluten allergy and I was extremely amazed at the care that the staff took in preparing his sub ! This location is always so clea n and the staff always are friendly. So thankful for the owners who train their staff and employees who are happy.

Michael tealOutstanding Service – A Truly Great Experience! I arrived at Jersey Mike’s just before closing — around 8:58 PM — and, assuming they were already closed, I began to walk away. To my surprise, the manager came outside, kindly flagged me down, and let me know they were still open and happy to take my order. I was genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality and willingness to serve, even so close to closing time. I tried to place my order quickly out of respect for their time, but the staff encouraged me to take my time and assured me there was no rush. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. I don’t typically go to Jersey Mike’s, but after this experience, I’ll absolutely be choosing it over other sandwich shops moving forward. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Well done!

Austin AntuBest sub sandwiches in Reidsville NC💪🏻🥳 Seriously, the staff here is so kind, on point and really do go above and beyond to provide us with fresh ingredients, clean cut bread and right now this #2 deal on the app is superb! Glad to have them right down the way from my job!

Jeffrey Utter(1) service is fair, but employees were very nice. (2) tables were not cleaned. (3) food was fresh, but to expensive ( 2 subs, chips and a drink was over $30) Will I go back ?
