Andres LeonMan I could many things about it , but it just the look ,if they upgrade the hotel it would be much better. Breakfast its really limited. Laundry room is older . But the best part is the security an service PROVIDE BY MR ABRAHAM HE IS REALLY THE MAN ,FRIENDLY HONEST HE IS GOING TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME HERE ,NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! ATTENTION OWNER AND MANAGER KEEP ABRAHAM HERE OR JUST GIVE HIM ANOTHER POSITION BECAUSE THAT KID IS GOLD . THANKS YOU ABRAHAM FOR YOU HELP WHILE I WAS THERE FOR 5 DAYS . WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

Mikayla ParrisHaving recently relocated from Jacksonville due to a severe roach infestation, I was particularly impressed with the pest control at Reidsville Inn and Suites. The few roaches I've seen were already dealt with, which speaks volumes about their effective and consistent measures. It's been nearly three weeks since we checked in, and the sense of safety and community here is palpable, with kids playing outside without concern. The staff, particularly Mary, has been exceptional. Though she appeared stern initially, her efficiency and warm gestures, like arranging a sugar-free lemonade for my child, won my respect. Her knack for maintaining supplies and providing stellar recommendations embodies strong leadership with a personal touch. The room's cleanliness met our expectations, with minor issues like dusty AC vents quickly rectified by ourselves. The hotel is also undergoing updates, including replacing mattresses, which reassured us further as we haven't encountered any bedbugs, a common concern in hospitality. However, there is room for improvement concerning the hot water supply. Adjusting our routine due to limited hot water availability during peak times (6-9 PM) was a slight inconvenience, though manageable. Parking was never an issue, and the overall quietness of the hotel enhanced our stay. The operational security cameras added an extra layer of reassurance about our choice. While Reidsville Inn and Suites might not top luxury charts, it excels in cleanliness, security, and staff interaction, offering great value for the price. Anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay would appreciate Reidsville Inn and Suites, as it clearly strives to improve and succeed.

Sinful Princ3ssThe room was sufficient beds could be updated and bedding was a little scratchy for personal taste. Water pressure was excellent for showers, no stopper for a bath though which wasnt a huge deal. We didnt stay a full night (we have well issues and needed showers) but it seemed like a nice quiet area and for the most part clean.
