Pam ArtisThis is a great place for seniors to get fit, socialize, learn, worship, and help the community. So far I have only been to the exercise classes and the fitness room. I plan to take some of craft classes, go on some trips, learn about finances and some of the other activities and services they offer.

Jennifer SheltonThe staff is always helpful and friendly and the prices for services are reasonable. I just wish the air inside the gym worked a little better.

Amy McSparinI have had a great experience. My only problem is that my child is only 7 playing basketball with 10 year old and it gets pretty rough. However my son has had a great time and the coaches have been great! Also the price was what we could afford at the time.
