Anton MarienkoMadison River Park is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone in the area! I was thoroughly impressed by the variety of activities and the pristine condition of the facilities. The great paved walking trail is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a brisk run, offering beautiful views of the river along the way. We spent a fantastic afternoon on the beach, where the kids splashed in the shallow water while we relaxed. The option for tubing down the river is a major plus and provides a thrilling way to cool off on a hot day. The park is also equipped with a generous number of picnic tables, which are perfect for a family lunch or a gathering with friends. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful amenities. There are plenty of hammocks strung up in the shade, providing a serene spot to read a book or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus in a public park. Additionally, the ample parking made our visit stress-free, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot even on a busy weekend. Whether you're looking for an active day out or a relaxing retreat, Madison River Park truly has it all. We will definitely be back!

SuddhaThis place is lovely and the state has put so much work into it. Amazing picnic tables and benches made out of giant rock. Hammock stations. Multiple River Access spots with sandy beaches and different depths. Lots of parking. A Porta potty. It's a lovely place to go outside and be in nature.

Gypsy AlfordBeach access is closed restoration. Looks like they are recovering from a bad flood. Other than that, nice area for lounging in hammocks or picnics. Decent walking trail.

Gerry HuskeyThe Madison River Park is one of my favorite, local locations to visit to unwind. It offers gorgeous views of the river, sandy beaches, hammocks, and Picnic areas, as well! As a Photographer/Drone Operator, I, often, use it as a launch point, to capture Aerial images of the River, and its wildlife, as well! To summarize, the Madison River Park is a great recreation spot, that offers a little bit of everything, for everyone. Enjoy!
