I had such a great experience having my wedding at Southern C’s Farm. We used the lodge the night before for our rehearsal dinner and it was beautiful. The staff is what made the experience so amazing. Our venue host was so incredibly helpful and the catering staff were so personable and kind. If I had to do it over again I would choose this venue every time. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. Thank you Southern C’s Farm for a memorable wedding!

Southern C’s Farm is a beautiful event venue that somehow feels elegant, relaxed, scenic, and homey all at once. The event I attended was hosted outdoors with the ceremony overlooking the water, and the lake view immediately became the standout feature of the space. Having the ceremony positioned along the dock area created such a romantic atmosphere without feeling overly formal. From a functionality standpoint, the venue handled a large guest count really well (around 150–200 people). There was plenty of room for seating, dancing, and moving around without the space feeling crowded. The overall flow of the event felt intentional and well planned. One thing I would note for future guests is footwear planning. Since the venue is outdoors, a more defined walkway from the parking area down to the lakeside would make arrival easier — especially for guests wearing heels. It was also a warm day, so additional cooling elements like fans could make outdoor events even more comfortable. What stood out most beyond the scenery was the hospitality. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating throughout the event, and they even arranged a golf cart ride back to my car afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this felt like one of those venues where you can genuinely picture hosting your own event. Beautiful views, great event flow, and a memorable experience overall.

As the bride, I truly could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding day! From the breathtaking venue to the incredible catering, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire team was professional, kind, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process, making our special day feel stress-free, seamless, and unforgettable. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted! Every detail was handled with so much care, and it genuinely felt like our vision came to life perfectly. Katelyn is an amazing venue manager and helped us through every step of the wedding process. No matter how many questions we had, she was always patient, helpful, and supportive. A huge thank you to the owners, Katelyn, PepperMoon Catering, and everyone involved in making our wedding day so special. My husband and I will cherish these memories forever, and we are beyond grateful for everything. We would highly recommend this venue and catering team to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience. 💕

Southern C's Farm hosted Ontex for our year-end corporate celebration on December 18th and we had an amazing experience…despite the rain. The patience and flexibility shown to us—especially as we worked through budget constraints and last-minute changes—were truly appreciated. The venue and overall experience were such a treat for our team and allowed us to celebrate together in a very special way. We are grateful for the thoughtful coordination and attention to detail you provided, which helped everything run seamlessly throughout the evening. We also want to extend our thanks to the catering and venue staff, who were pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. Your team’s focus on guest safety, including assisting with transportation to vehicles, did not go unnoticed. While the rain certainly made things messy, your support helped make the situation completely manageable. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved at Southern C's Farm and PepperMoon Catering. Perfect location for a wedding!

This is a beautiful place to have a wedding. My daughter got married on October 10, it was quite windy and chilly during the night! It is a great need to invest in having warmer heaters for the outside dining area. I also had a very bad experience with Kristina ( Christina) from Pepper Moon catering. I called Heather who works for Pepper Moon and was also the coordinator here to leave a complaint and she NEVER returned my call. I reached out to Pepper Moon myself to share how Kristina (Christina) the team lead for Pepper Moon was disgustingly rude since Heather didn’t bother to return my call. The fruit tray was not covered, it had flies and gnats all over the tray. I went to ask who was in charge and Kristina (Christina) with a very nasty attitude raised her voice and approached me saying what is it now?! First of all, it was my first encounter with her so I was confused as to why she asked me what is it now, as if I bothered her all day long! I took the liberty of contacting Pepper Moon and I’ll be doing.a review there as well.
