Gretchen LawsonI needed a same day delivery and Bobby was so accommodating!! We haven’t even seen the arrangement yet, but his customer service is top notch! He found out there are strange names and nicknames when asked if they were dogs and cats I laughed lol. He probably got more information than he wanted, but he was a pleasure to work with!! Can’t wait to see the arrangement!! Update: Beautiful and she cried no one has ever sent her flowers to work before. ☺️

Nathalie WilsonI received an arrangement for Administrative Professionals Day last week, and let me just say, I was blown away! My manager lives in Portland, Oregon, so she likely just picked the first florist she found on Google in Eden when ordering, but I'm so glad she found Creative Expressions!! I've dealt with another local florist in town, and honestly have never really been impressed with their work. The arrangements always seemed thrown together, the customer service always leaves something to be desired, my gifts have been delivered and left to the wrong address TWICE, and within 1-2 days, everything was wilted and ready to be trashed. Not this time!! My arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, very well put together, and very fresh. Bobby called before making the delivery to ensure I was home and to verify my location. You can tell that real thought went into the arrangement, and it's clear that he has a high standard for himself and his business. We are on day #8 now, and my flowers are just as beautiful as the day they were delivered. I have no idea how much they cost, as they were a gift, but honestly, after seeing the quality and care in his work, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much!!

Carroll HaleTeacher Appreciation Week 2018 marks the second time I've used Creative Expressions Florist (the first was Valentine's Day 2018), and every time they've exceeded my expectations. I live in a neighboring state so I call in my orders and ask to have them delivered.. The owner is always gracious and accommodating, and the arrangements he creates for my special someone are always just right–She is always delighted to receive them! UPDATE: My gorgeous GF was having a rough start to her week teaching at summer reading camp, so I called and spoke to the owner, ordering another dozen yellow roses to cheer her up. She was totally delighted with it. I really can't recommend this shop enough–the owner is always very accommodating and the bouquets he creates (see the pic I attached) are spectacular. ANOTHER UPDATE: For our second Valentine's Day together, I called Bobby and told him that I wanted to do something a little different, I wanted a bouquet with yellow and purple in it, half roses and half irises. He said irises weren't good right then, and he suggested a couple alternatives which I was able to view on his website. I picked a half dozen pale purple roses and a half dozen roses that were a peach color at the base, changing to yellow at the tips of the petals. He put them together with baby's breath, a ribbon, a note, some chocolates, and a stuffed monkey toy. I didn't expect he'd go so above and beyond, but he sure did. He delivered it to her school, and it got raves from all the staff who saw it well before my GF did. My GF absolutely LOVED it! Thanks yet again to Bobby for really going over the top! As far as I'm concerned, he's the best florist in the area and he'll continue to get my business.

Cindy SillsOrdered flowers from Creative Expressions and what an amazing job they did! Talked to Bobby explained exactly what we wanted and he far surpassed my expectations and personalized it for the person receiving it. It is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen.
