Kathleen RigertBeen patronizing Tiano’s for almost 4 years. The food has always been fantastic and the service and customer service were okay. This past Sunday, we placed a to go order for a foot long Philly Cheese Steak and Chicken Parm Plate with spaghetti with extra cheese totaling $28. When we got it home, there was no pasta. I called and no one answered so I left a message. It was close to closing. I never heard back from them and called today and spoke with a woman, who I believe is the new owner. I explained what happened and was told a plate doesn’t come with pasta. I told her I asked for pasta and asked for pasta and the young man who took my order was having a difficult time taking the order and had to repeat it back to me several times. She said she was sorry but never offered to refund me for the pasta or even a credit towards my next order. I told her how she handled me as a customer was not acceptable and that she lost us as customers. She really didn’t seem to care. This is not about missing pasta, it’s about paying for something I didn’t get.

Ray MorganOne visit and we were hooked! This is a family owned and run Italian restaurant and it is excellent. They are happy to work with us as my wife can't eat any grains or sugars. Their sauce is sooo good. We've been back already this week! And the prices are very reasonable especially for their portion sizes. If you're in the neighborhood ya gotta stop in!

Professional Opinion HaverWe stopped in for pizza and subs and had a really positive experience overall. The service stood out the most—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away, which always makes a big difference. The food itself was good and definitely hit the spot if you’re craving classic, hearty pizza shop fare. Portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. The only thing I’d gently note is that the dining area had a pretty strong lingering food smell, and the space felt a bit on the greasy side. It didn’t ruin our visit, but it’s something that could make the experience even better with a little attention. That said, the great service and solid food would still bring us back. You can tell they care about their customers, and that goes a long way.

John SoulI like the spaghetti, I usually get it once in a while. I'm going to try the lasagna next. I haven't tried the pizza but I'm sure it's ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a good size plate of spaghetti for a little over 10 dollars.
