Dana CassellWe’ve tubed a lot in NC (and around the south!) and had an excellent experience with Dan River Outfitters today. Love the online booking and options for connector tubes and a cooler connector tube. Those tubes are brilliant and made it so easy to float with a big group and chat and stay together. Plenty of parking. Loved the details of outdoor rinse stations and indoor changing spaces. Here’s a big deal: the ride is like… 10 minutes but the float is 3 hours. That’s HARD TO FIND! Sometimes to have a long float like that you end up on a shuttle for 45 minutes. The staff here is upbeat, friendly, and it’s clear from their safety briefing that they sincerely care about customer safety and respecting private property near the River. Zero complaints. 10/10 recommend for anyone who enjoys outdoors. Kids will love it. Super gentle float on Labor Day weekend.

I can not express how wonderful Glenda and her crew are. 💜 They go above and beyond making 8 and 9 year olds feel comfortable and added extra little touches like balloons and giant Happy Birthday letters on the beach . P.s. my daughter wanted to be sure I left a review so everyone would know how great this place is 🤣

Lou MarinaroThe blue tubes are the bombdiggidy… Wife took us up for the coolest ride… The shuttle to the drop off is fun…. Driver has a great sense of humor. It took almost 3 hours… What a blast we had.We will return!!
