ChristalMy friends and I had the day off and decided to go tubing. The gentleman who we spoke to was friendly and gave very clear instructions. He also provided life vests for each of us, We enjoyed our time relaxing and eating the sandwiches we bought. It’s about a two hour float and once we got to the bottom our cars were parked right where it stopped.

Kathleen NolandI have been tubing with this company for the last couple of years. Today was opening day for their temporary entrance and exit into the river. I had phoned proir to going. Asking specific questions, stating my sister is disabled. I was reasured concrete steps going in and metal steps going out without rails. They failed to mention the rocks and bolders after the concrete stairs end. They said it was shallow at the entrance. Definitely not. My friend stepped in and in a split second she was fully submerged. Exiting is awful. A boat ladder hooked to a metal platform. Difficult to exit even for a able bodied person Entering and exiting the river isn't safe. We will not return until you are back to safe conditions. River staff were very helpful and seemed unhappy with the temporary set up. The lady driver who shuttled us back to our car is a crazy driver!!! Way to fast on a curvy windy road.

Kimberly ClouseMy husband and I took our neice and nephew (12 & 8) for a float and had a great day. They're using a portion of the river that averages a 5-6hour float and that may seem daunting, but we had a great time! Once construction in the areas finishes, they'll be back to their 3 hour float section. We bought the cooler float so all of our goods and snorkel gear were easily accessible. Plenty of calm clear water to snorkel and occasional "rapids lol" that entertained the kids. We ended up finishing less than 5 hours and Lee was great with the pickup time. He saw us on the camera and scooped us up by the time we got our floats up to the parking lot. Bring plenty of sunscreen, water and have fun! 💙💦
