Klyce Street Landing – Dan River Access
Klyce Street access offers a convenient reach for paddlers traveling through the Eden downtown area. Perfect for a relaxing day on the river to Leaksville Landing for a 1+ hour paddle. If you wish to extend your trip, you can head to the next access at the Eden Wildlife Access for a 3+ hour tubing trip. The landing offers a spacious gravel parking lot designed to accommodate vehicles and small trailers. Entry to the river is made easier thanks to sturdy metal stairs leading directly into the water, significantly improving over rough bank access.
Accessibility Overview: Easy access via metal stairs (with handrails) and level gravel lot—much more user-friendly than unimproved banks. Not ADA-compliant: no ramps. Suitable for those comfortable with stairs and gravel paths.
